Graham Visited Gomer Infant's. The children particularly enjoyed 'The Pond Monster' and drew some imaginative
pictures of him.

 

 
Abigail was looking for the monster in the pond.
 Abigail fires an arrow at the water monster. Abigail shot the monster with the golden bow and
arrow.

A story about a giant composed by Year One children. They chose a selection of motif cards to help them.
Setting  - lake.                                     Building  - castle.
People  - giant, knight and fairy.          Creatures  - unicorn.

Extras  - magic sword.

The Magic Sword

Once upon a time there was a big, big giant who lived in a massive castle near a lake. A knight guarded the castle. One day a fairy flew round the castle. She saw a unicorn in a cage. She crept up to the knight and stole the magic sword and opened the drawbridge with it. She flew into the castle and was going to let the unicorn out but the giant saw her. The fairy killed the giant with the magic sword and then let the unicorn out. The unicorn galloped back home and lived happily ever after.
